Story: A new KFC outlet with staff training facilities onsite created a very demanding environment primarily for cooling in the kitchen and comfort in the restaurant. The environment has potential for high volumes of air-bourne greasy particles. This creates issues for ordinary air conditioning solutions. Easy access for servicing and the use of filters have meant that temperzone units provided the best solution for such a challenging environment. Location: Auckland.
