'I am extremely satisfied with my Hitachi Heatpump. It exceeded my expectations during the recent snowfalls in July and August. Set to 19 or 20 degrees on a fan speed 2 (nice and quiet) the house was warm and toasty all day even with freezing temperatures outside. In fact I didn't realise how cold it often was until I opened the front door. I experienced no stop/start defrosting issues at all and I would certainly install a Hitachi heatpump again if required. I recommend Hitachi as a reliable and efficient heatpump and Aircon Electrical as a fantastic supplier who recommended the perfect heat pump for my situation.'

We have found our Hitachi heat pump to be great. We were initially a bit worried that we would see a dramatic change in our power bill, but that certainly hasn't been the case. We have found it simple and straight forward to use and programme to come on before we get out of bed in the morning and to our surprise it didn't skip a beat during our most recent dumps of snow here in Ōtautahi. Most importantly, it does a great job of taking the chill off all the bedrooms at night which is what it was designed to do. I would install this product if we ever moved to a new house.
